Basic Cleaning Services
SassySweeper basic cleaning services includes high and low dusting of ceilings, corners, window sills and baseboards to remove all cobwebs and visible dust; polishing wood furniture, shining mirrors and chrome fixtures. After dusting, polishing and shining, we vacuum carpet, sweep floors and mop hard floor surfaces, for an affordable low price of $25 per room up to 150 square feet (excluding Basements, Attics and Garages) with a 3-room minimum; larger rooms slightly higher.
Enhanced Cleaning Services
Our enhanced cleaning services include all of the basic cleaning services and discounts, in addition to vacuuming furniture, changing linen, rotating mattresses, polishing knobs, handles and knickknacks for a low price of $35.00 per room up to 200 square feet (excluding Basements, Attics and Garages) with a 3-room minimum; larger rooms slightly higher.
Professional Cleaning Services
Our professional cleaning option includes all of the basic and enhanced cleaning services and discounts, in addition to window and screen washing for a low price of $50.00 per room up to 300 square feet (excluding Basements, Attics and Garages), with a 3-room minimum; larger rooms slightly higher.
"Buy-the-Hour" Maid and Janitorial Services
SassySweeper offers Buy-the-Hour maid and janitorial services for the discriminating client that desires to hire SassySweeper maid services on an hourly basis. You tell us what to clean and how you want it clean and our Buy-the-Hour maid services will clean your home or office to your exact specifications for $60 per hour. Two (2) hours minimum required for Buy-the-Hour Maid Services.
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly Discounts
After our initial cleaning, we offer a 20% discount for weekly maintenance service and a 10% discount for bi-weekly and tri-weekly cleanings.
