- Are You Insured And Bonded?
- It is very important that anyone working in your home or office be insured and bonded. We are insured with Nationwide Allied Insurance Group and a copy of our certificate of liability is available on request.
- Will I Receive A Free In-Home Estimate?
- Simply call, email or fax us and we will set up a time to evaluate your home and your individual needs. There is no charge for the online estimate. However, there is standard $25 charge for a site visit, if services are not rendered. The fee is waived if you hire SassySweeper to clean your home.
- Does Your Service Provide On The Job Quality Control?
- A crew of 2 to 4 highly trained staff will clean your home or office. We consistently perform quality control checks of the inspection of the work performed, to ensure your satisfaction.
- Will I Have To Sign A Contract?
- SassySweeper will never ask you to sign a long-term contractual agreement. We ask that you sign a "Terms and Conditions" agreement that simply states that you understand what work we will perform and what you will be charged for our professional services. You may cancel at any time with a 48 hour notice.
- What Time Will You Be Cleaning My Home Or Office?
- Our hours are Tuesday through Friday 5:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday 5:00 am to noon. We will schedule your cleaning during these times. However, you may request a specific start time and will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule. Your information will be entered into our computer with a specific cleaning schedule and we will contact you 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning day. You can at that time notify us of area requiring special attention.
- What If I Need To Reschedule A Home Or Office Cleaning?
- Simply call our office at 888.21.SASSY (888.217.7229) prior to your cleaning day. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your home or office cleaning. Since we do not overbook our schedule, if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, you will be assessed a cancellation fee. Please be sure you understand SassySweeper’s procedures for rescheduling and cancelling visits. We do have a cancellation and will assess a cancellation fee if necessary.
- What If I Accidentally Lock SassySweeper Out On My Cleaning Day?
- Just as with Rescheduling fees, if you lock our maid services team out on cleaning day, you will be assessed a lock-out fee. A lock-out is considered 15 minutes of either "Ring No Answer" or wait time, past your scheduled time on your cleaning day. Please be sure you understand your local SassySweeper’s lock-out fees. We want to help you avoid incurring these additional fees!
- Do I Need To Be Home or In My Office?
- This is your option. It is not necessary to be present in fact most of our customers are not. We keep a copy of your key, code it and store it in our safe lock box. Maids are given the keys for each cleaning appointment before they leave the office each day, and must turn these back in to management before they are allowed to leave the office each evening. These keys are returned to the safe lock box until the next cleaning appointment.
- How Much Will It Cost To Clean My Home Or Office?
Every home and office is unique and every cleaning fee is individually based. Thus, to simplify the cleaning fee and make it affordable, we’ve come up with a pricing formula that is based on room size. For basic cleaning services, our flat rate residential service is $25.00 per room (up to 150 square feet) and .15 cents per square foot for commercial cleanings.
We also offer enhanced and professional cleaning options. The price of our enhanced and professional cleaning services are determined by the size of your home or office, number of pets, number of bathrooms and how often you want us to clean.

- How Do I Pay For My Cleaning?
- You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at time of service you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning or on the receptionist desk in your office. If you choose to pay by credit card, there is a 3% service charge for credit card payments. Please note: SassySweeper charges a $10 trip charge for service outside a 20-mile radius of our home office and will assess a $50 fee for all returned checks.
- How Can I Redeem A Discount Voucher From A Social Media Company (Groupon, Living Social, TIPPR, Chi-Town Deals, BuyWithMe)?
- You may redeem your voucher at anytime, BEFORE the expiration date, by using our online booking system. Please note: SassySweeper allows the redemption of one (1) voucher, per household, within a 30-day period. If you require additional time the cost is $60 per hour, which is due and payable at the time of service.
- What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System On Cleaning Day?
- If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your SassySweeper cleaning team access to your home or office on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for SassySweeper.
- What Should I Do With My Small Children and Pets During The House Cleaning?
- Please advise us if you have small children and/or pets and provide any information regarding your small children and/or pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer small children and/or pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently.
- Are My Valuables Safe With SassySweeper?
- If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want that area to be cleaned. SassySweeper carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.
- How Do I Know I Can Trust Your Staff?

We screen our maids and janitors carefully, we train meticulously, we inspect relentlessly and we insure adequately. We do all this so that you can have the highest confidence to trust us with the care of your home.
- Do I Need To Provide House Cleaning Equipment Or Supplies?
- We provide all cleaning solutions and state-of-the-art equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our maids. If you have special house cleaning products you want your SassySweeper team to use, please be sure to discuss this with your SassySweeper team in advance, so that we can use them appropriately.
